The new owner appears to have installed a pier off of WSPC property. A board member will verify this information and contact the new owner and provide the land lease agreement which would allow the new owner limited use of the WSPC property. A survey and marking of the property may be required for clarification for WSPC and the new owner on where the property lines are drawn.
Nicki Sullivan reported that there are no new drainage concerns following the heavy July rain events now that the Block 1 Beach Road and Circle Drive/Grove Terrace Drainage Project have been completed. The beach path lane has been completed including extending the lane north to the end of the beach. The landscaping has been completed except for tree and bush trimming along the beach path which will be completed soon. The road block for the path has been reinstalled.
