- Attendees: Ray Latourette and Rose Brisske
Correspondence
- Tree fell on a home – Homeowner is responsible for the damages (where the tree fell)
- Send out email on driveway work on 26721 Oakdale
- Township – Branches below 14 feet will be trimmed
- Drain project (Oakdale to Circle) – out of bid. Timeline late summer to fall
Annual meeting minutes need to go out.

- Block 2
- Member putting in patio and contractor will be using Westshore common area to access his patio. (Chris, Minaxi & Larry met with homeowner)
- Sea wall behind 19303 Forest –
- Need to cut off metal piece sticking out. Mike to review & cut-off if possible
- Add repairs to 2024 budget
- Grass Cutting – Talk to Herrera to ensure all grass is being cut near block 2
- 19303 Forest – Having a wedding in their back yard. Events planned for Aug 4th and 5Th
