MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order on May 2, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Countryside Fire Station #1, 801 S. Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, Illinois 60060 by President, James Melledy.
MINUTES FOR APPROVAL
Gina Rundall moved and Chris Shifley seconded that the minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting of April 4, 2016 be approved as corrected. Unanimously approved.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
The WSP Rules and Regulations under Beach Rules and Regulations and Park Rules and Regulations state: No fires (i.e., campfires, leaf burning etc.), littering, glass items, alcoholic beverages, fireworks, or illegal substances.
If you are unsure where personal property ends and WSP Common Property begins, please contact a WSPC board member to help you determine where property lines are located.
LAKE COUNTY GRANT UPDATE
James Melledy reported that the grant process is currently in progress.
TAYLOR LAKE COURT
Revisions for the Taylor Lake Court License Agreement are under review. The lease will be submitted to the current property owners once the agreement is finalized.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Fred Aichele presented the Treasurer’s Report for 04/01/2016 – 04/30/2016. Gina Rundall moved and Cheryl Moss seconded that the Treasurer’s Report be approved as submitted. Unanimously approved.
There was a review and discussion of delinquent accounts.
HIGHLAND TERRACE UPDATE / DISCUSSION
Fremont Township will hold a public meeting on May 3rd at 10am.
COMMISSIONERS’ REPORT
Park Commissioner, Dan Prezell, reported that the Miller Park gate is scheduled to be repaired.
Insurance compliance for all piers off of WSP common property was discussed. The matter will be reviewed.
NEW BUSINESS
It was reported that muskrat holes have been identified on WSP property. Control and abatement options are being considered.
A discussion was held regarding possible long-term WSP “capital improvement” projects including repairs and maintenance for drainage, beaches, and parks.

Gina Rundall moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Cheryl Moss. Unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
