MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order on February 6, 2017 at 7:03 p.m. at Countryside Fire Station #1, 801 S. Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, Illinois 60060 by President, James Melledy.
MINUTES FOR APPROVAL
Nicki Sullivan moved and Chris Shifley seconded that the minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting of January 9, 2017 be approved as corrected. Unanimously approved.
CORRESPONDENCE
Fred Aichele presented a letter from the Lake County Zoning Board of Appeal seeking a variance from the requirements of Lake County Code to reduce street/yard setback to allow for a garage to be constructed on Forest Lane.
James Melledy presented an email thanking him and the board for clarification regarding communication concerning personal property on WSPC common property.
LAKE COUNTY GRANT
Letters to clarify the grant application process have been delivered to residents. Several WSP members have made inquiries on the application process and to request help to determine if they qualify for funds that would help pay for their portion of the water tank installation. The REVISED deadline to submit the application and supporting documentation to the Lake County Community Development office is by 4pm on Friday, March 31, 2017.

REVIEW ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA
James Melledy presented the agenda for the annual meeting for review, discussion and revision.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Fred Aichele presented the Treasurer’s Report for 01/01/2017 – 01/31/2017. Nicki Sullivan moved and Chris Shifley seconded that the Treasurer’s Report be approved as submitted. Unanimously approved.
There was a review and discussion of delinquent accounts.
Fred Aichele presented the final draft of the 2017-2018 operating budget which will be presented at the 2017 Annual Member’s Meeting. There was a review and discussion.
COMMISSIONERS’ REPORTS
Chris Shifley reported for Commissioner Dan Prezell:
Dan has received and is reviewing a bid for park maintenance.
The Miller park gate has been damaged and will be repaired.
Bids to repair the north pillar damaged by an automobile are being solicited.
ADJOURN
Chris Shifley moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Nicki Sullivan. Unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 8:32 p.m.
