MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order on April 9, 2018 at 7:02 p.m. at Countryside Fire Station #1, 801 S. Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, Illinois 60060 by President, James Melledy.
MINUTES FOR APPROVAL
Sharon Zink moved that the minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting of March 5, 2018, be approved as presented. The motion was seconded by Ernie Billittier. Unanimously approved.
HOMEOWNER FORUM – PUBLIC COMMENT
A. TAYLOR LAKE COURT – LICENSE AGREEMENT
James Melledy reported that he is working with the law firm that WSPC contracts to review the proposed revised Taylor Lake Court Licensing Agreement.
Nicki Sullivan reported that she is receiving and reviewing bids for the cost of a survey and staking of WSP common property to define property lines. James Melledy reported that he has received additional communication regarding continued concerns about personal property being stored on WSP common property.
The rules for off-season pier storage for WSP piers (and property) versus privately owned piers (and private property) will be outlined and distributed to all homeowners. Detailed actions that will be taken by WSP, regarding private property left on WSP common property, will be clarified.
A potential homeowner has contacted the board regarding the “no fence” regulations. Information regarding the covenants in regard to fences has been provided to the potential buyer.
Fred Aichele presented the Treasurer’s Report for 03/01/2018 – 03/31/2018. This report closes out the fiscal year. Sharon Zink moved and Chris Shifley seconded that the Treasurer’s Report be approved as submitted. Unanimously approved.
There was a review and discussion of delinquent accounts.
Fred Aichele reported that billing notice for the annual dues have been sent out via email and regular mail. Fred and James have received several inquiries requesting additional information regarding the notice. Deadline for payment is April 30, 2018.
Fred Aichele presented the Analysis for Fiscal Year 04/01/2017 – 03/31/2018 for review and discussion.
A. Water Tank
James Melledy reported for Water Commissioner, Brett Laureys, that WSP is now running on the temporary water tank and piping and the old tank has been demolished and removed. The new piping and foundation are scheduled to begin soon.
RHMG reports that all is going well.
WSP will update the residents via email if the schedule changes significantly due to weather.
WSP residents on the water system should not have any loss in service. If something does occur, we will notify residents a soon as possible.
Please note that portions of Miller Park will be shut down from March 27th through approximately Memorial Day.
Nicki Sullivan moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Ernie Billittier. Unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 8:34 p.m.
