CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order on February 17, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Countryside Fire Station #1, 801 S. Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, IL 60060 by Director, Chris Shifley.
ELECTION OF PREIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, TREASURER AND SECRETARY
Chris Shifley nominated James Melledy as President. The motion was seconded by Ernie Billittier and was unanimously approved.
Chris Shifley nominated Nicki Sullivan as Vice President. The motion was seconded by Ernie Billittier and was unanimously approved.
Mike Davenport nominated Fred Aichele for Treasurer. The motion was seconded by Chris Shifley and was unanimously approved.
Ernie Billittier nominated Marilee C.C. Rusiniak for Secretary. The motion was seconded by Mike Davenport and was unanimously approved.
ELECTION OF COMMISSIONERS
The persons nominated for the position of commissioner as listed below were nominated in toto by Chris Shifley and seconded by Mike Davenport. Unanimously approved.
