CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order on February 19, 2023 at 3:04 p.m. at Countryside Fire Station #1, 801 S. Midlothian Road, Mundelein, Illinois 60060 by Director Mike Davenport.
ELECTION OF PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, TREASURER AND SECRETARY
Werner Brisske nominated Mike Davenport as President. The motion was seconded by Larry Bakirtjy and was unanimously approved.
Werner Brisske nominated Chris Shifley as Vice President. The motion was seconded by Larry Bakirtjy and was unanimously approved.
Werner Brisske nominated Fred Aichele for Treasurer. The motion was seconded by Chris Shifley and was unanimously approved.
Chris Shifley nominated Marilee C.C. Rusiniak for Secretary. The motion was seconded by Werner Brisske and was unanimously approved.
ELECTION OF COMMISSIONERS
The persons nominated for the position of commissioner as listed below were nominated in toto by Mike Davenport and seconded by Larry Bakirtjy. Unanimously approved.
The WSPC Commissioners for the 2023 / 2024 operating season are:

ADOPTION OF BUDGET
Chris Shifley moved to adopt the BUDGET as presented to the membership at the annual meeting on 2/19/2023. Seconded by Werner Brisske. Unanimously approved.
ADOPTION OF DUES:
Mike Davenport moved to adopt the dues as presented to membership at the annual meeting on 2/19/2023. On Community well $670.00 / Own Well $169.00 / West Shoreland $99.00
Seconded by Larry Bakirtjy. Unanimously approved.
EMERGENCY GENERATOR REPAIR AUTHORIZATION
Water Commissioner Brett Laureys reported that the switch gear for the well generator needs an emergency repair or replacement. Estimate of $2,500 – $3,000 for a temporary repair compared to the replacement of the gear estimated at $12,000. There was a discussion of the timeframe for repair/installation and a comparison of completing a repair versus replacement.
Mike Davenport moved to authorize no more than $12,000 for the emergency replacement of the generator switch gear. Seconded by Chris Shifley. Unanimously approved by Directors Larry Bakirtjy, Werner Brisske, Mike Davenport and Chris Shifley.

Werner Brisske moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Larry Bakirtjy and unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 3:18 p.m.
