MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order on April 3, 2017 at 7:02 p.m. at Countryside Fire Station #1, 801 S. Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, Illinois 60060 by President, James Melledy.
MINUTES FOR APPROVAL
Sharon Zink moved and Chris Shifley seconded that the minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting of March 6, 2017 be approved as presented. Unanimously approved.
CORRESPONDENCE
A homeowner selling a house is concerned about WSP covenants being racist. WSPC lawyer to send letter regarding the covenants and how some covenants are not valid according to federal and state law.
Discussion regarding fences and whether to pursue getting a lawyer to write a letter explaining fence and WSPC responsibilities.
Chris Shifley to talk to Block 2 homeowners about where to put piers during the winter.
Jason Rundall fixed the gate at Miller Park.
Nicki Sullivan to obtain a certificate of insurance for the landscaping company cutting the grass in the south end of Block 1 beach.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Fred Aichele presented the Treasurer’s Report for 03/01/2017 – 03/31/2017. Sharon Zink moved and Nicki Sullivan seconded that the Treasurer’s Report be approved as submitted. Unanimously approved.
Annual billing notices went out April 1.
Fred presented a reconciliation of actual vs. expected revenue for the previous fiscal year.
NEW BUSINESS
Nicki Sullivan presented that Fremont is getting bids for Block 1 drainage repairs.
There was a discussion regarding getting the pillar fixed. Sharon Zink to get a price for repairing pillar.
ADJOURN
Sharon Zink moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Nicki Sullivan. Unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 8:02 p.m.
