MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order on March 5, 2018 at 7:02 p.m. at Countryside Fire Station #1, 801 S. Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, Illinois 60060 by President, James Melledy.
MINUTES FOR APPROVAL
Sharon Zink moved that the minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting of February 5, 2018, be approved as corrected. The motion was seconded by Ernie Billittier. Unanimously approved.
CORRESPONDENCE
A. TAYLOR LAKE COURT – LICENSE AGREEMENT
James Melledy reported that he met with the law firm that WSPC works with to review the proposed revised Taylor Lake Court Licensing Agreement. The agreement will be reviewed by the law firm and suggestions and revisions by the law firm will be provided to the WSPC board.
B. FREMONT TOWNSHIP
James Melledy reported that Fremont Township completed some tree trimming and the removal of dead trees adjacent to the water tank road in Miller Park and along Woodbine.
James Melledy reported that the cost of a survey and staking for WSP common property is being considered to define property lines. This will help facilitate the removal of private property off of WSP common property.TREASURER’S REPORT
Fred Aichele presented the Treasurer’s Report for 02/01/2018 – 02/28/2018. Sharon Zink moved and Ernie Billittier seconded that the Treasurer’s Report be approved as submitted. Unanimously approved.
There was a review and discussion of delinquent accounts.
COMMISSIONERS’ REPORT
A. Water Tank
James Melledy reported for Brett Laureys that there is no new news to report.
Construction is projected to begin at the beginning of April, depending on the weather.
Tentative tank installation completion date set for Memorial Day with landscape replacement and repair to follow during the summer.
NEW BUSINESS
Fred Aichele reported that the annual billing notice for the Homeowners’ Association Dues are scheduled to go out on April 1, 2018. Deadline for payment is April 30, 2018.
ADJOURN
Sharon Zink moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Ernie Billittier. Unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 7:44 p.m.
