CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Director, James Melledy at 3:00 p.m.
ELECTION OF PREIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, TREASURER AND SECRETARY
Chris Shifley nominated James Melledy as President. The motion was seconded by Ernie Billittier and was unanimously approved.
James Melledy nominated Nicki Sullivan as Vice President. The motion was seconded by Chris Shifley and was unanimously approved.
James Melledy nominated Fred Aichele for Treasurer. The motion was seconded by Sharon Zink and was unanimously approved.
Sharon Zink nominated Marilee C.C. Rusiniak for Secretary. The motion was seconded by James Melledy and was unanimously approved.
ELECTION OF COMMISSIONERS
The persons nominated for the position of commissioner as listed below were nominated in toto by Cheryl Moss and seconded by Sharon Zink. Unanimously approved.

TREASURER’S REPORT
James Melledy moved and Sharon Zink seconded that the corrected Treasurer’s Report for 01/01/2018 – 01/31/2018, presented by Fred Aichele, be approved as submitted at the 2018 Annual Members Meeting. Unanimously approved.
