Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, Illinois, on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at 1:30 P.M., and then and there, and at any and all adjournments of said meeting, to cast on behalf of the undersigned the vote(s) the undersigned would be entitled to cast if personally present upon such questions as may be submitted, election of Directors, and for transaction of all other business that may properly come before the meeting, hereby revoking all former proxies.
