CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order on February 16, 2020 at 3:32 p.m. at Countryside Fire Station #1, 801 S. Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, IL 60060 by President, James Melledy.
ELECTION OF PREIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, TREASURER AND SECRETARY
Nicki Sullivan nominated James Melledy as President. The motion was seconded by John Lohrmann and was unanimously approved.
James Melledy nominated Nicki Sullivan as Vice President. The motion was seconded by Mike Davenport and was unanimously approved.
James Melledy nominated Fred Aichele for Treasurer. The motion was seconded by Mike Davenport and was unanimously approved.
James Melledy nominated Marilee C.C. Rusiniak for Secretary. The motion was seconded by John Lohrmann and was unanimously approved.
ELECTION OF COMMISSIONERS
The persons nominated for the position of commissioner as listed below were nominated in toto by James Melledy and seconded by Mike Davenport. Unanimously approved.
