Self-Nomination Form to be a Candidate for Board of Directors
Next fiscal year there will be two Director positions (two year term) coming up for renewal. At the annual meeting in February, an election will be conducted to fill these positions.
A qualified candidate must be a property owner whose name appears on the title or deed of his or her improved lot in West Shore Park and who is current on the association dues.
In order to be considered an official candidate and be listed on the proxy form and meeting notice to be distributed in January, you must submit this form during the period November 1 through December 31.
There will be no write-in candidates and no nominations will be accepted at the annual member meeting. Submit your nomination promptly, please.
Directors are expected to attend at least one board meeting per month plus other occasional meetings. Newly elected Directors will be required to sign a document that they have read the Handbook for Directors.
